How do I book as a new client?
Start with a free 15-minute virtual consultation. Toi will discuss your service and confirm your first appointment, then share your client booking code.
How do returning clients book?
Enter your client code on our booking page to continue to Square. Choose your service and available time, then follow Square’s booking and payment instructions.
Is this an in-home salon?
Yes. Natural Essence is a private in-home salon in New Braunfels, Texas. Text Toi for visit details.
What is included in the price?
Retwist starts at $45 and retie at $55, with wash and style included. Starter locs start at $85 with a wash included, on natural hair only; no extensions. Final pricing is confirmed at consultation.
Can I choose a specialty style?
Yes. Specialty styles are à la carte additions to a retwist or retie. See the Services page for current prices. Custom style pricing is determined with Toi.
Is a deposit required?
Your $10 deposit goes toward your service total and is deducted from your remaining balance. Follow the payment instructions shown by Square or contact Toi if you need help.
When are appointments available?
Sundays and Mondays, with weekday evenings by request. The booking calendar shows available times; every appointment requires confirmation.
Can I request a quiet appointment?
Yes. Choose quiet service or conversation in your booking preferences.
How do I know my appointment is confirmed?
For hair appointments, follow the confirmation shown by Square after booking. Consultation requests are sent by text and require confirmation from Toi.
